What is Blogging?
      Blog is short for web log, or weblog, which is essentially a journal on the Internet. Blogging is the verb meaning the act of writing a blog.

      There are a multitude of websites providing users with the opportunity to write a blog. Some are free, for others there is a fee. Some are basic and some offer many services. Some are very user friendly, others require a bit more technological savvy. Choosing a provider will depend on your budget, the services you desire and probably as much as anything, what your friends recommend or use. Here are a few, of the many, that offer some options and some analysis for blogging.

      One could do a search in Google or Bing or any search engine for that matter, on a topic like blog providers, and one would find a host of possibilities. One such website is Domainmonster: http://www.domainmonster.com/editorials/blog_providers/.Two popular blog providers are blogger.com and wordpress.com
