SZPECHT - set end term for tuition promise
I rewrote SZPECHT in perl and changed some of the logic for calculating the end term for tuition promise based on the meeting we had with Admissions and the Business office. I'm going to add some logic to the program so that the banner programmers don't need to update the term code and cohort code in the cron job every term. I'm also adding logic to adjust the end term if transfer hours have been changed for a transfer student.
