GZRDEMGR - Emergency notification delete list
I rewrote GZRDEMGR in perl so it'll be easier to maintain (the Pro C version had errors after rekeying that were not easy to fix). The program produces a list of students that graduated and not currently enrolled and not an employee at WOU. This data is used for removing students from the emergency notification system.
