Work Report
Here's some of the projects I've been working on for the past 2 weeks.
Scarf - We had a few instructors using a "W" grade for some students this term which is not a valid grade option. Somehow the mod that we had on the grading package wasn't working correctly so this will need to get it fixed by next term. For now, I need to wait to finish up the report until the instructors submit new grades for those students.
Fixed a problem with the term gpa for SZRACAD.
Moded transcript and articulation packages so that the confidentiality link opens up in a new window instead of the current window.
Worked with Ron getting the dept_data folder permissions fixed (should be finally fixed now).
Sent in last clearinghouse report for this term.
We can now use cougar.wou.edu as the smtp host for our email apps in Banner (it's working again now).
Ran labels for health center for new winter term students, sent a report of enrolled students to the Dept of Army, wrote a report for top 10%, top 7.5% gpa for Phi Kappa Phi.
I did a non-standard update to sfrstcr to update records for students that were registered for the new campus code 6 and 7 courses (used in new mreport swrrep3). Since students that were already registered for the courses prior to the catalog changes, it was using the old campus codes and they needed to be updated so that SWRREP3 would work correctly for winter term.
I moded SWRREP2 and SWRREP3 so that the report name appears at the top of the page when you print. I removed the requestor text and added campus code to SWRREP3.
I moded disability service's servicematch app so that it displays the full vnumber instead of the 4 digit truncated number.
I'm currently working on some discrepancies with academic history when a student's status is changed to "RA" (Academic Suspension/Reinstate).
