OUS 2nd week report
The OUS 2nd week report changed this year and we now have to identify first time freshman and the amount of in-load credit hours. I rewrote the old script so that it includes this new data. The script is located in my developer directory. I also updated the readme.reports file to reflect these new changes and gave an example of how to read the output from the report.
