Academic Standing Summer Term
For summer term, we don't calculate academic standing but instead we update the table shrttrm manually from a script called fix_summer_astd_1_yr.sql. This script copies the last academic standing for each student for summer term. Any student that doesn't have any academic history, it sets it to '00' for good standing. It's important that we run this script after summer grades so that suspended students can't register for Fall term.
