Labels from Banner SIS

While I've been documenting the reports that I run for various departments, I'd wanted to make a note about labels since they are a pretty popular request from various departments around campus. We can make labels based on a fairly wide selection of criteria from Banner SIS data. Some of the more commonly requested labels are students that are new freshman, or students with a certain major, or students within a specified cutoff age. We have a program on spruce that will produce these labels by simply selecting from a list of criteria. Below is a list of criteria that's already built into the core program:
Run for What Term -->
Which Part-of-Term (% for All) -->
Include those with Confidentiality (Y/N) -->
What College Code (% for All) -->
What Major Code (% for All) -->
What Minor Code (% for All) -->
What Level Code (% for All) -->
First Ethnicity Code (% for All) -->
What Sex Code (% for All) -->
What cutoff age (0 for None) -->

(F) new Freshmen (T) new Transfers
(N) all New (O) all non-new
(A) All students (P) Placed probation
(C) Continue probation (R) Removed probation
(S) Suspended (J) Admitted Only
Which grouping -->

Put 'To the Family of' on the Label (Y/N)
Primary Address Code -->
Secondary Address Code -->
Third Address Code -->

On top of this, you can build your own selection of students by writing your own queries and storing the student IDs into a table, then call this program to make the labels for you.
