Due to its high stability in heat and moisture Neotame has a high potential for use in

many different products. The potential uses for Neotame include, but are not limited to, usage

as a non-nutritive sweetener for beverages, tabletop sweeteners, frozen deserts such as ice

cream and yogurt, candy, bakery products, toppings, fillings, fruit spreads, and cereal.

Another use for Neotame is as a flavor enhancer for mint, in say chewing gum, as well as in

other foods and beverages.
