Clearinghouse change
I made some changes to the clearinghouse script szrclrh.pl because the clearinghouse now allows us to send student ID numbers instead of SSN for international students. In the past international students dropped off the list because they did not have a valid SSN which was required by the clearinghouse. International students will be able to use the clearinghouse services starting next month (enrollment certificates, order transcripts).
