Min/Max registration hours
I worked on the min/max registration process this week and came up with a list of items I'll need to do to set it up in production. Some of the steps will involve a few non-standard updates and a new cohort code to identify international students. I created some scripts to do the mass update on the athlete table, populating the international cohorts, and setting the minimum rules.
