Minimum credit hour mod
The minimum credit hour mod we have on sfkedit seems to have a glitch where it doesn't allow the registrar's office to override the registration error message. I looked at the code and it doesn't work the same as banner 7.x so we'll have to get the baseline min/max credit hour piece working in banner 8.
