Mreport: rewriting statistics version 1
The original report was written over ten years ago and needed some updating and some new categories added that the 1st page report current contains (new freshman, freshman transfers and continuing freshman). Right now, we're currently supporting both versions, the first page report (written in perl: this is the web based report) and the long report (written in ProC). After looking at the code which was a bit hard to read, I figured it probably would be best to rewrite it so it's easier to support in the future. This will take me some time to complete because there's 11 reports in total. But once it's completed, we'll only have to support one version of the report.
