| My philosophy on teaching is that learning should be fun for kids as well as the teachers. The best way for anyone to learn is by making connections between what they have learned in the classroom or workplace and be able to connect it to real life situations. I have found, in my student teaching experience as well as my own school experience that I learn most from teachers who take the time to get to know me and how I learn best. To me, it shows that a teacher cares about their students. If students know their teacher cares, they will do better. |
