Well-lighted and secure residence halls are available on campus. Classrooms on the campus are no more than 10 minutes from the residence halls. Residences are designed for comfort as well as efficiency. Rooms are attractively furnished, with lounges, snack areas, laundry facilities and recreational areas nearby. Dining services are near the residence halls and arrangements can be made for special dietary needs. Freshmen students are required to live on campus their first year.
Short Term Homestays:
Upon arrival, international students may wish to live with an American
family while waiting for the residence halls to open or while looking for
an off campus apartment. Applications are available at the International Student page.
Off Campus Apartments
and Housing:
There are many apartment complexes with reasonable rent rates within walking
distance of the University. Students find roommates through student
advertisements around campus.
