New Club/Organization Orientation
When creating a new student organization, the proper paperwork is required. Once that information has been submitted to ASWOU Director of Student Organizations, you will then be given a date to attend a New Organization Orientation Program (NOOP).
This is a meeting typically held once a term for an hour in a “round-robin” style. It will be held for multiple organizations that are starting from scratch. Each organization will spend approximately ten (10) minutes at each department table discussing being trained in that functional area. The purpose is for new student organization leaders to be trained in a fast and effective matter on club finance, room reservations, event advisements, ASWOU Resources, general campus policies, and marketing.
