The ninth annual WOU Sprint + Triathlon will be held on Saturday April 25, 2015 with the first heat beginning at 8:00 am. Registration will begin January 1, 2015 and the registration deadline is April 17, 2015.
The 500 yard swim will be held in Western Oregon University's swimming pool. The 17.1 mile, paved bike loop (helmet mandatory) winds through rolling hills on country roads southwest of town. Road and Mountain bikes ride the same course. The 3.2 mile run traverses through campus and heads northeast, where a turnaround will send you home for the finish on Western Oregon University's track. Course maps are available online (Route map).
All registration forms and payments must be received by 5:00pm on April 17, 2015. There will be no late or day-of-event entries accepted due to swim heat placement. Report and pick up event packet info in the Health and Wellness Center front lobby between 7:00am and 9:00 am on event day. Check-in and packet pick-up ENDS at 9:00am. Directions to campus are available through WOU Campus Maps. A commemorative item will be included with the registration packet the day of the event. No refund for event cancellations after April 10, 2015.
