Moodle Support for Students
Many traditional, online, and hybrid courses at WOU use Moodle. Moodle is a Learning Management System (LMS), where you can find course materials and communicate with your instructor online.
You can sign into Moodle by first logging into the WOU Portal or by navigating directly to http://moodle.wou.edu. Login using your WOU PawPrint username and password. This is the same account information you will use when logging into other university services.
When you login to Moodle, you will be taken to your "MyHome" page displaying a list of your courses. Check out the video below for an introduction to using Moodle at WOU:
You may not always see your courses listed in Moodle. Many instructors will keep their courses hidden from student view until the first day of term or later. It can also take up to 24 hours after your registration is processed for the system to add you to a Moodle course.
Because not all instructors use Moodle, some courses will never appear on your "My Courses" list in Moodle. Rest assured that this does not affect your tuition or registration status for a course. If you have questions about your course, please contact your instructor directly.
