CURRENT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS OF RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS
Housing contracts for the 2018-19 Academic Year have been released for students to read and electronically submit online. In addition, we have also routed an Emergency Contact Information and Authorization Form for students to complete. Both must be submitted and on file PRIOR TO MOVING IN on Fall Move-In Day, Sunday, September 16.
- DEADLINE: CONTRACTS & EMERGENCY CONTACT FORMS ARE DUE AUGUST 31, 2018.
The Contract and Emergency Form links were all emailed to residents via their WOU email account on Thursday, August 16.
If your student is having difficulty accessing their contract, please contact the housing team: firstname.lastname@example.org

TO PAY FOR MEAL PLAN ADDITIONS OR THE HOUSING APPLICATION FEE, CALL UNIVERSITY HOUSING AT 503-838-8311!! To ensure proper crediting of these payments to your student’s account, these payments MUST ONLY be taken by phone. Thank You!
