Aquatic Exercise is your answer to a refreshing way to get or stay in shape without sore muscles and with limited impact on joints. A full body workout, each of our classes offers a balance between cardiovascular stamina, strength and flexibility, increased circulation and weight control. While working out in the pool you are working at a resistance of about 12 times that of while working out on land. A variety of equipment will be used for both buoyancy and resistance. Swimming is not required for any of the classes.

AquaFit

This class is geared for all levels of fitness and is held in the shallow water of our lap pool. It includes a warm-up, pre-exercise stretch, 30 minutes of aerobic activity, abdominal toning, stretching, and strength activities. This cardio intense class will get your blood pumping and increase the release of endorphins, helping you get through your day with extra energy.

Hydrosculpt

A little to no-impact, moderately intense class, in the deep end of our pool, minimizes the stress on joints. This class emphasizes fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility, and body alignment. This is a great cross training workout for all sports and is an extremely challenging and invigorating workout designed only for those participants who are comfortable in a deepwater environment.

Aqua Zumba®

A low-impact, high energy aqua fitness class! Splash yourself into shape. Feel the music, make some waves, burn some calories!
