Student Complaint Process
Western Oregon University aims to resolve all student complaints in a fair and expedient manner. Students wishing to file a formal complaint must first seek resolution through the institutional grievance process. Details about the process can be found on the grievance petition. Students may also contact the Student Affairs Office for more information.
If a complaint cannot be resolved internally:

- Students that reside in a non-member states may file a formal complaint with their home state authorizing agency by using the links below:
