Scarf_4th script

I made some changes to the scarf_4th script and updated the temporary table names it used. Some of the tables got renamed when we consolidated the databases and this script was never updated until now. The tables are named scarf.scarf_bannertablename and hold student infomation used by the old scarf script (not really used much these days except in a couple scripts or if your looking for specific 4th week data).

WOU_FA package mod

I added the current date to the update statement for the aiddecision table when aid is declined. This will help financial aid keep track of changes to aid when aid is declined (and was previously marked undecided). They run SZRDAID to get a report of changes.

New job submission SZRDEPS

I created a new job submission called SZRDEPS this week. It's a section tally report for DEP that lists their course for the term. The parameters are term code. The output is a list of courses for the term including enrollment numbers.
