Contracting and Purchasing is a function of OUS Finance and Administration.

Contracting and Purchasing is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, and managing Chancellor's Office, OUS System-wide contracts; and providing technical assistance to staff at the Chancellor's Office and the four Technical and Regional Universities (TRUs) regarding contracting matters.

The Contracting and Purchasing Department  tracks current OUS contracts and develops public purchasing-related policies and procedures for the Chancellor’s office, including drafting administrative rules.
