
Dairy is a great source of calcium. Calcium is a nutrient that that builds strong bones. your body needs this in order to be strong and active. Some example of dairy products are: milk, cheese, and yogurt. A person does not need to eat a lot of servings from this group. It is suggested that a person eat 2-3 servings from this group each day.
