Texas Hold 'Em

No Limit Texas Hold 'Em is the game played for the championship each year at the WSOP. In the game, each player is dealt two cards face down called your hole cards. Betting in each new hand begins with the two players to the left of the dealer placing a bet and a raise (called the small blind and big blind). These must be placed before they decide if they want to play or not. Each player then decides weather to fold, call, or raise. Then three cards are dealt face up in the center of the table, these are called the flop and these cards are common to all hands. A round of betting occurs with no required amount, so players may check if no one has placed an initial bet on this round. Next a fourth card called the turn is added to the community cards, followed by a round of betting, and last a fifth card, called the river is dealt and the last round of betting occurs. At the end, of the remaining players, the player with the best five card poker hand made from the seven available cards, is the winner.
