Customizing request verification page
Playing around with customizing pverify3_web.html (request verification page), as per Page #107028 in the Manual, I was able to get just the special instructions box to display.
Unfortunately, I seem to have other problems with the customized version of the page. I can't seem to get the "reqmsg" token to work. The title of the book and the message from our REQFILLTIME web option are not displaying, and the requests don't go through when I click the submit button. Problem with submitting request resolved by enabling the "ifneedNNA" tokens on the page and leaving the NNA Date element in the REQUEST web option set to true. Still does not display title and reqmsg text on the request verification page.

Response from Joan on 9-4-08: syntax error on pverify3_web.html was causing the problem. I had omitted curly braces from reqmsg token. Fixed this and all is working as expected now on staging server.
