Art to me is neverending, a place to go, and one of the last places to have freedom in this controled world. Artwork has always been a quiet place for me to go, when everything around me is often too noisy. I use oil paint and charcoal in a majority of my artwork. I am currently a student at Western oregon University majoring in art.I plan to take my art major and teach highshool art. Art was an open door for me when I felt I didn't belong anywhere else, art is a place I can be free. I walked into this open door, and gained confidence, and having confidence in art helped me have courage and ambition to move foward , and my dream and goal is to do the same for others.
