Template Cover Sheet must be filled out and paperclipped to final template submission

TO USE THE TEMPLATE:
Right click with your mouse on the template link and choose Save Link As. Save the file (template.doc) onto your floppy disc or home computer or school drive. When you type in the template, type in the empty rectangle below each header. Make sure that the font is regular (not bold and not italic). Please ask if you need help.

If you need to create a page break, just hit return until the line of text that you want to be on the next page moves.
