There are also readings on at the Hamersly Library. These are indicated on the course calendar. In addition, copies of White and Wilkinson have been placed on Library reserve.

Assigned readings are due for the day under which they are listed on the course calendar. Unless otherwise noted, assume that all listed readings are required.
