I will show you how to access/search for articles in the library, tied to the Reading Logs assignment; if you forget, consult a librarian or come to see me.
You will also begin to acquaint yourself with professional journals-a good place to start is the NCTE [National Council of Teachers of English] journal at your chosen level:
college-College English or College Composition and Communication [CCC] or English in the Two-Year College;
high school-English Journal;
middle school-Voices from the Middle;
elementary-Language Arts.
