Troubadours & Instruments -- Some good information, though quotations from poems/songs are in the original languages
Anthology of Middle English Literature (1350-1485) -- Includes anonymous as well as known authors, several genres (including lyric)
UC Research: Light shed on medieval German troubadour -- Summary of a professor's research on Heinrich von Morungen, includes some information on Middle High German poetry
