Flash is a complicated tool that use has the ability to use high level elements from graphic and interactive designers as well as relying on a wide range of coding options. Of of the needed skills sets the individual user will only feel comfortable with about 30% of the traditional Flash working enviroment. The following tool uses the flash development engine, but packages it in a WYSWIG that simplifies the learning curve for the individual who may be working on a specific piece of the project.

OF NOTE: the demo video probably uses the flash engine software Captivate that is built on a similar concept tailored to building interactive training tools

This tutorial explains the painful process of how to configure Dreamweaver to properly work with the WOU Web site. The following demo was made with the Adobe software captivate. The software is really good, but there is still no easy button. The lengthy in-depth tutorial took more time than expected, but it was allot quicker than making a series of screen shot or a PowerPoint.
