Flash is a complicated tool that use has the ability to use high level elements from graphic and interactive designers as well as relying on a wide range of coding options. Of of the needed skills sets the individual user will only feel comfortable with about 30% of the traditional Flash working enviroment. The following tool uses the flash development engine, but packages it in a WYSWIG that simplifies the learning curve for the individual who may be working on a specific piece of the project.

Both Dreamweavear and Contribute have methods to check out a file and leave a flag on the network that does not allow other users of this software to make edits while it being worked on.
