Reptiles
Reptiles:
-There are four types of reptiles: turtles, tortoises; lizards and snakes; crocadiles ans alligators; and the tuatara.
- Reptiles can be found in all types of habitats except polar ice and tundra.
All reptiles:
-Are vertebrates because thet have a backbone or spine.
- Are ectothermic " cold-blooded" which means that they depend on the sun to keep them warm and they depend on shade and burrows to help them keep cool.
- Are covered with Scales.
-Have lungs for breathing.
