 Instructions for Students Participating in Research
1. Print your name in an available space for desired study. Do not sign up over other names.
If you do not sign up to participate you may not be eligible to receive extra credit in the event that the
study is cancelled.
2. Take a reminder slip or write down information about study date, time, location etc.
3. Note restrictions for participation (i.e., age, gender, etc) and only sign up for studies for which you
are qualified to participate.
4. Extra credit earned by participation in a study can only be applied to one psychology course (i.e., you
can’t use participation in one study to count towards extra credit in two psychology courses)
5. IN THE EVENT THAT A STUDY IS CANCELLED, PLEASE SEE LINDA KUNZE IN TODD 325 ONE
WEEK AFTER THE CANCELLED STUDY TO RECEIVE EXTRA CREDIT FOR INTENDING TO PARTICIPATE.
