Stewart Baker is the Systems / Institutional Repository Librarian at Western Oregon University. He started this blog/annotated bibliography (annotated blography?) as a way to keep up with his research interests in Open Access, web accessibility, web design, emerging technologies, and how libraries are adapting to a constantly changing information landscape.
