University Computing Services is dedicated to supporting the strategic mission of Western Oregon University. We will maintain a commitment to service. Our focus will be both on supporting the effective integration of technology into the academic and administrative life of our institution and on keeping campus user technology current and easy to use. We will engage in an ongoing dialogue with the campus about needed priorities for service, while at the same time providing leadership in the definition of those needs….. Service Request Desk
The University Computing Service Desk (503-838-8925) is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to document your IT service needs. Our Service Request Representatives will document any issues you are having and direct them to the available tech. Technicians are available Mon. thru Fri. 8:00am to 5:00pm. Unfortunately, UCS is unable to provide any technical assistance on personal computers.
