	Literacy Projects ReadOregon Five-university collaborative project to offer graduate-level literacy courses and a reading endorsement to teachers throughout Oregon via online coursework. Central coordination of ReadOregon is handled through TRI CEPE.
	STEM Projects Project SPELL Project SPELL (Sustainable Practices for English Language Learners) provides university coursework emphasizing strategies in science, technology, engineering and mathematics to teachers working with English Language Learners.
