	Programs and Projects Center on Inclusion and Early Childhood Care & Education works to promote quality inclusive services through their work on state and federal projects. Oregon Early Childhood Inclusion Collaborative (OECIC) is a statewide effort to develop, implement and evaluate a cross-sector plan to support increased opportunity for professional development regarding inclusion. The Oregon Program of Quality (OPQ) is a state designation indicating an identified measure of quality determined through a rigorous portfolio review. The Paraprofessional Preparation for Improvement Program (PAPI) project is a collaborative effort between TRI, the College of Education at Western Oregon University and four Oregon community colleges to improve the knowledge and skills of paraprofessionals currently working toward an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education to work with young children with disabilities. Partnering for Inclusive Childhood Care and Education (PICCE) offers support for TRAC trainers and coaches working to enhance the inclusion of children with disabilities.

	Research and Resources InBrief Series provides brief summaries of recent scientific presentations and research on the science of early childhood development and early childhood program evaluation. This series of short videos is complemented by companion one-sheet briefs. The Brain Science of Early Childhood This site offers a variety of ways to present data about neuroscientific research on the early brain. Includes PowerPoint and video resources.
