PLANNING ON LIVING ON-CAMPUS THIS SUMMER?
Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about Summer Housing at Western Oregon University
- WHERE WILL I LIVE?
You will be living in Noble Hall (Arbor Park).
- WHEN CAN I MOVE INTO MY SUMMER APARTMENT?
Please check-in at the Residential Service Center (RSC) Sunday, June 23 between noon and 5 p.m.
- WHERE DO I LIVE BETWEEN JUNE 15th AND JUNE 20th?
If you currently live on campus AND DO NOT PLAN to leave June 14, please come to the Housing Office to petition to stay the 16th through the 23rd. NOTE: You will be charged $22.50/day for these extra days.
- WHERE DO I FIND THE RSC OR ARBOR PARK?
You can find both locations as well as directions to campus on our Residence Hall Map and Directions
- WHO WILL I GO TO IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING THE SUMMER?
Please contact the RSC at 503-838-8363 throughout the summer. RSC summer hours are Sunday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. (University Housing office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- HOW DO I RECEIVE MAIL DURING THE SUMMER?
You will be assigned an RSC box (mailbox). Mail addressed to you will be delivered to your RSC box. Packages will be held at the RSC desk and you will need to show picture ID to collect. Your box number and combination will be given to you when you arrive.
- WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE SUMMER?
You will need to go to the RSC and schedule a checkout appointment with summer staff. You will need to be checked-out of your room by 5 p.m. on the last day of your classes.
- HOW DO I CONTACT THE RSC?
The RSC is located on the southeast corner of the Valsetz Dining Hall building. Their phone number is 503-838-8363. RSC summer hours are Sunday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
- HOW DO I CONTACT THE HOUSING OFFICE?
