Campus Dining Staff

Western Oregon University offers a wide variety of dining options in a variety of locations. Valsetz is located at the north end of campus, nestled amongst the Residence Halls. The Valsetz Food Court incorporates the à la carte type of service where every item is purchased individually. You eat, and pay for as much - or as little as YOU want. The Werner University Center (WUC), located in the heart of the campus, houses the rest of your dining options including Caffe Allegro and the Wolf Grill. Catering options are also available.

Valsetz Dining Hall is open to all!Valsetz Dining Hall is located within the Residential Hall Complex located at the northern end of campus. Cash, Credit and Debit Transactions and all Meal Plans are all accepted. Valsetz is open for Service for the Academic Year. Hours are listed below.

Valsetz is open for Service for the Summer Session ts serve "all you can eat" (One price per meal) meals for Summer Conferences, Monday - Friday. Hours and prices for meals are listed below. CLOSED for Friday Dinner and Weekends.

LUNCH:
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM - $7.50

Wolf Grill

The Wolf Grill will be open for the following hours:

11:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Due to the Heat Wave BBQ Lunch sold every Wednesday from June 24-July 29 on the WUC Plaza, the Wolf Grill will be closed on Wednesdays. There will be no service at the Wolf Grill on Fridays in the Summer. Hours of service follow:
