Western Oregon University offers a variety of accommodations and packages to meet the needs of groups on campus ranging in numbers up to 1200. Rates and available packages and facilities are listed below. Detailed information regarding facilities can be seen on our Conference Amenities webpage. To discuss custom packages designed to fit your specific needs, please contact University Housing, or contact by phone at 503-838-8311.

The first step you need to take in planning for your conference is what style of accommodations you would like to have for your group. You know your group - and your group's budget best. What would they prefer, and can they afford that style of accommodation? We have several styles of accommodations to choose from and depending upon the type of ammenities that you select to go with your style preference, something to fit every budget as well!

Start by choosing one of the three STYLE options on the left side below. Then you can fine-tune your selection by choosing the CUSTOM OPTIONS that you would like for your stay that will fit your budget. The rates listed below are daily rates per person for stays of 1-4 nights. Please keep in mind that we do offer discounts for accommodations booked for 5 nights or longer as well as for groups of 300 or more. If you have any questions or when you are ready to discuss building options or set your dates, please contact Conference Services to book your stay with us!

OPTION #1: STANDARD - $15.00 SHARED ROOM SHARED BATH IN COMMUNITY NO LINENS Available in the following facilities: Heritage Hall Landers Hall Ackerman Hall		PRIVATE ROOM + $10.00 PRIVATE BATHROOM + $10.00 (Butler Hall ONLY) LINEN PACK + $5.00 (Pillow with pillowcase, two sheets, wool blanket, soap and a drinking glass) NETWORK SUPPORT + $25.00 (Minimum charge for requested network support.) *REFRIGERATOR / MICROWAVE RENTAL + $10.00/WEEK** PHONE SERVICE - Make arrangements for this service through Telecommunications. (Additional fees will apply). * Limited to stock on hand
OPTION #2: KITCHENETTE - $28.00 SHARED ROOM KITCHENETTE IN UNIT PRIVATE BATHROOM (Shared with one roommate). SEPARATE LIVING and SLEEPING AREA NO LINENS Available in the following facilities: Butler Hall OPTION #3: 4 BEDROOM, 2 BATH APARTMENT - $40.00 PRIVATE BEDROOM (Within the 4-bedroom apartment). PRIVATE BATHROOM (Shared with one roommate). FULL KITCHEN SHARED LIVING AREA LINENS INCLUDED Available in the following facilities: Arbor Park Apartments
APPLICABLE DISCOUNTS: Accommodations for 5 nights or longer: 5% DISCOUNT Groups of 300 or more: 5% DISCOUNT
