Fall Term will officially begin with the opening of the Residence Halls on Sunday, September 22nd. Housing Staff will be on hand to welcome new residents starting at 9:00 am.
Residents should report to the hall which they have been assigned. Housing assignments will be released in late July - look for information about how to access your placement information in your mail by late July. Signs will be posted within the residential community to direct you to your residence hall and Public Safety officers will be available to direct you as well. Residential staff will issue keys, complete check-in paperwork and direct students to their rooms.

Students checking in after 5:00 pm should continue to report to their assigned hall. If you are uncertain of the hall that you have been assigned to - after 5:00 pm, please report to the Residential Service Center (#6 on the Residential Community Map).
Students needing to check in after Sunday September, 22nd should contact the University Housing with their estimated time and date of arrival to hold their room reservation.
If your plans have changed, and you need to cancel your housing reservation please contact University Housing to make your request in writing. Include your name, student V# and the reason for the cancellation request.
