Alder View Townhouses
The Alder View complex offers a townhouse-style living arrangement for students who are married or have dependents living with them full-time.
The first level features a living room, kitchen, dining room and a half bath. The second level boasts two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry area complete with washer & dryer. Rates for Alder View which include utilities, expanded basic cable TV, high speed data line access and a telephone line with voice mail and caller ID can be found on our current rate sheet.
