Fees for Services

Below you will find the current fee structure for 2013-2014.

All fees are charged confidentially to the student's WOU account.

We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding our fees, services or any other information that you may need. Please do not hesitate to contact us at (503) 838-8313.

SERVICE FEE

Health Service Fee

  • Charged automatically each Fall, Winter & Spring term for students with 6+ credits
  • May be paid by part-time students (1-5 credits) if Health & Counseling Services are desired

  • Charged automatically each Summer for students with 6+ credits
  • May be paid by students taking 1-5 credits during Summer term if Health & Counseling services are desired

HEALTH & COUNSELING ADMINISTRATIVE FEES  

Health & Counseling Center Missed Appointment Fees

 

Due to limited appointment availability, Missed Appointment Fees will be charged to a student's account for all missed appointments starting in the 2013-2014 academic year.

 

If you know that you will be unable to make your appointment, please call our front desk (503-838-8313) within 24 hours to cancel your scheduled visit, and avoid being charged a Missed Appointment Fee.

 

After 3 missed appointments (from any department, or combination of departments), students must meet with the Director of the WOU Student Health & Counseling Center before being able to schedule future appointments.
