Health insurance survey

Oregon’s public university students are being surveyed to gain a better understanding about how health insurance coverage impacts them.

Current research shows:

  • Adults ages 19-34 represent 39% of the uninsured in the U.S.
  • 23% of uninsured individuals needed care but did not get it due to cost
  • 26% of uninsured individuals postponed seeking care due to cost

Participation in this survey will be used to help provide affordable health insurance for these students.

Blood Drives:

Each term, the Student Health and Counseling Center sponsors the American Red Cross’s Blood Drive.  Notices and online updates are sent out to the campus and community as the terms blood drive approaches for individuals to make appointments online. learn more

 

Campus Wellness Challenge (CWC):

Designed to help set and achieve personal wellness goals, by keeping a log of food intake and activity levels. learn more
