News and events:
Student Health & Counseling is holding it's annual Health Fair on Wednesday April 6th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Werner University Center. Come and check it out.
The C-Care Contraception Program is now requiring students to have proof of health insurance before they can receive a service. In order to participate in the C-Care program you must have your Aetna insurance card and the insurance card of any other insurance you may be covered by at the time of your appointment.

Student Health and Counseling needs you to complete a Health History form for our files. Also needed is a copy of your MMR immunization records which are required by the Oregon State Health Division of all entering students taking at least six (6) credit hours or more at WOU. Blood Drives:
Each term, the Student Health and Counseling Center sponsors the American Red Cross's Blood Drive. Notices and online updates are sent out to the campus and community as the terms blood drive approaches for individuals to make appointments online. learn more
Campus Wellness Challenge (CWC):
Designed to help set and achieve personal wellness goals, by keeping a log of food intake and activity levels. learn more
Peer Mentoring:
- Promoting healthy lifestyles
- Assisting the transition to college
