Adding/Dropping Classes or Canceling Services
If you add or drop a class, or wish to change the services that you have requested, you need to fill out an Add/Drop Form (pictured below). This form is peach or salmon-colored. Please keep in mind that adding or dropping a course with ODS is not the same as changing your schedule with the Registrars Office. You must report any changes to your schedule to both offices. It is important that you report any changes to the Office of Disability Services as soon as possible. This enables our office to ensure that you are receiving services in classes that you are actually attending.
