The Natural Science Club will be spending spring break at the Grand Canyon! Designated a national park on February 26, 1919, the Grand Canyon is one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World. Saturday, March 19th DEPART MONMOUTH
Saturday Night Buttonwillow, CA - Super 8 Motel on way to Grand Canyon
Sunday, March 20th (Late Afternoon/Early Evening) arrive at Mather Camp Ground (South Rim of the Grand Canyon)
Monday, March 21st Bright Angel Trail (Steep; up to 12 mile round trip)
Tuesday, March 22nd Canyon View Drive, Observation Stops, Gift Shops
Wednesday, March 23rd South Kaibab Trail (Steep; up to 12 mile round trip)
Thursday, March 24th Kaibab National Forest, Sunset Crater National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument
Friday, March 25th Depart Grand Canyon for Monmouth, Super 8 Motel in Buttonwillow, CA on the way home
Saturday, March 26 (Late Evening/Early Sunday Morning) ARRIVE MONMOUTH
