Recruiter Policies & Procedures

Any job or internship recruiting efforts or activities on the Western Oregon University campus must be pre-arranged through the Center for Service Learning and Career Development. You can contact us at 503-838-8432 for assistance.Please be advised that Western Oregon University’s Service Learning & Career Development Office enables campus access to recruiters whose employment practices comply with Federal and State laws and Oregon Administrative Rules 580-15-010 in offering employment without regard to race, color, gender, national origin, age, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, or citizenship (unless legally required), and who provide Equal Employment Opportunity to individuals with disabilities, disabled veterans, and veterans of the Vietnam era.

Before coming onto campus you must read, and sign, an Equal Opportunity Agreement Form. You can find a copy of this form here. Please read, sign, and fax this form back to 503-838-8651 before your visit to Western Oregon University.

 

	Job and Internship postings please post all positions on WolfLink. You must register your agency on this site prior to posting a position. If you have troubles registering, or do not receive a password within 72 hours, please contact hansenj@wou.edu.
	Interview rooms and appointments Please allow two weeks reservation time for optimum locations. Our office is able to coordinate interviews, and appointments. You MUST contact our office to space on campus. Please visit the WUC reservations page to learn more about the policies directly related to this building.
	Classroom visits Visits are by invitation only. SLCD can connect with various faculty members on campus to announce your visit. Faculty may then invite you into their classrooms. If you are interested in visiting in this manner, please allow 2 weeks lead time
	WOU-affiliated recruiting fairs Fairs are activiated through WolfLink and you can register for them online. To learn more about each fair visit our recruiter page and click on the appropriate fair.
	Werner University Center(WUC) Information Table You MUST contact our office to reserve table space on campus. Please visit the WUC reservations page to learn more about the policies directly related to this building. Please allow 2 weeks reservation time.
	Information meetings and/or recruiter-hosted lunches Our office is able to announce information sessions in a large variety of locations. Lunches that are scheduled must be provided by recruiter through WOU Catering Department. Please visit the Catering Department brochure for meal options and prices.You MUST contact our office to space on campus.
