This is an excellent opportunity to test students interviewing skills. This experience will help prepare students for any interview. It is set up as an actual interview, the interviewer asks position appropriate questions and will respond to questions asked of him/ her. At the end of the interview there is a feedback time in which the student will be given suggestions and ways to improve their experience.
